"Staff was awesome. Room was tired, but clean. You have to pay for parking, not included in the room rate. Toilet was too low to the ground. Not company owned, it’s owned by a private person. Had to get the front desk to let me out of the parking lot, parking receipt wouldn’t scan. Would not stay there again. "

"The rooms are clean. The staff from front desk to the dining area are very accommodating and helpful. They made our stay at Renaissance a wonderful experience. And the hotel is walking distance to Pike Market and St James Cathedral."

"The entire facility was very clean. The breakfast options were plentiful. Laundry room on site was very useful after days of hiking. The only downside was the elevator was unavailable on the last day of our stay and it was difficult getting our luggage down the stairs from the third floor."
